This course adopts a viewpoint that the Internet, if well understood and creatively utilized, is an efficient and effective platform which complements other offline avenues to maximize the return of marketing activities. With a customer orientation focus, emphasis will be put on understanding multifarious online consumer behaviors. Opportunities to initiate new online marketing activities from such understanding will thus be explored from various perspectives. |
